Mr. Sunil Gour

He is a social worker and a farmer working for the upliftment of the farmer community. He represents the farmers at different State and National level platforms. A member of Madhya Pradesh state electricity board and the Madhya Pradesh Seed Certification agency. He has 15 years work experience in agriculture grain and seed production, processing, warehousing, supply chain and agriculture inputs retailing. He is leading the board at Ek Sankalp.

Ram, grew up in a village. He has rich experience of working closely with the farmers while running a social enterprise in the agriculture business for the past 8 years. In 2019, he integrated Harvestify’s & Ek Sankalp’s farmer networks. Currently, he leads various sustainability focused initiatives and operations within the community of 12,000 farmers.

He is leading operations in Uganda, which include the development of farmer network, execution of organic farming programs and farmer training programs.

He has eight years of experience in administration work in different agriculture cooperatives, farmer-producer organizations, and NGO organizations. He helps Ek Sankalp in maintaining day to day administration, documentation, programs, and backend office work.
